The happier our customers are, the more fun we have! As an administrative assistant you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success.
In your first few months you will learn how to effectively help all types of customers.
Other duties may include:
Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service Communicate with technicians and other departments Answer incoming calls and text messages to close out calls for technicians Maintain scheduled calls in our software making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments Make sure all time sheets are updated daily Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
