Ultra Cryo & Recovery Ultra Cryo & Recovery Auburndale, FL Auburndale, FL Part-time Part-time $15 - $17 an hour $15 - $17 an hour Job summary The main task of an Aesthetics & Wellness Sales Concierge at Ultra Cryo & Recovery is to provide clients with Ultra Cryo & Recovery Aesthetics & wellness services in a safe, professional, comfortable, and engaging way.
You'll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services we provide.

What you'll be doing! The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below:
Complete training and successfully pass tests on delivering the full range of our wellness treatments.
Promote services to new clients to build-up clientele.
Manage clients Scheduled appointments.
Assist management by following up consistently with clients and external customers.
Access resources to support center operations and to execute initiatives.
Assist with marketing, promotions, and special events for Ultra Cryo & Recovery.
Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Ultra Cryo & Recovery.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Necessary Skills:
Salon and Spa experience preferred.
Marketing and sales experience preferred.
Speak English well.
Have at least basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Have a service-oriented personality and great interpersonal skills.
Commit to adopting our company values and culture.
Pledge to follow our Professional Code of Conduct.
You will be certified and trained in the use of CryoSkin equipment.
You will be certified and trained in the use of Cryotherapy equipment.
Verbal and written communication skills are on point.

Must dress appropriately.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Going above and beyond for existing and potential new clients Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Maintaining accurate records of each session.
Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments.
Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
Selling Ultra Cryo & Recovery services to existing and new clients Cross-selling other Ultra Cryo & Recovery modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed Educating clients on Ultra Cryo & Recovery modalities and products that support and enhance their experience.
Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
Maintain overall cleanliness of Center.
Ultra Cryo & Recovery is a family-owned and operated full-service cryotherapy wellness and recovery center with 3 locations in Polk County.
Our company is about promoting healthy, natural healing with concierge service.
We provide a relaxing and educational environment using natural healing recovery services including cryotherapy, EMS body contouring, IV therapies, and weight loss.
